- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish (about 8×8 inches).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cottage cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly coated and creamy.
- Spread the chicken mixture in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Pour the marinara sauce over it and gently spread to cover. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden. Let cool slightly before garnishing with fresh basil and serving warm.
