- 1 cup flour (or gluten-free flour)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
- Olive oil for brushing

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly flour your work surface.
- In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, flour, salt, and optional seasonings until a soft dough forms.
- Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thick, cut into desired shapes, and place on the prepared baking sheet. Brush tops lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden and crisp at the edges. Allow to cool before serving.
