Description

Cottage cheese chips are a quick, crunchy snack baked from simple pantry staples, offering a savory flavor with a mild tang.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup flour (or gluten-free flour)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • Sprinkle of pepper or spices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly flour your work surface.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, flour, salt, and optional seasonings until a soft dough forms.
  3. Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thick, cut into desired shapes, and place on the prepared baking sheet. Brush tops lightly with olive oil.
  4. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden and crisp at the edges. Allow to cool before serving.

Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 1 day. Refrigerate for up to 3 days, reheating in the oven to crisp.
