  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (such as spinach, bell peppers, or onions)

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined. Add cottage cheese, shredded cheese, chopped vegetables, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  3. If using vegetables that need cooking, heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté until softened.
