Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined. Add cottage cheese, shredded cheese, chopped vegetables, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- If using vegetables that need cooking, heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté until softened.
