Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Whisk until well blended and creamy.
