- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Make a pocket in each salmon fillet by slicing it horizontally without cutting all the way through. Stuff each fillet with the crab and shrimp mixture.
- Place the stuffed salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning or garlic powder. Ensure cream cheese is soft for smooth blending.
