Description

A delightful dish that combines the rich flavors of seafood with tender, flaky salmon, perfect for a romantic dinner or special occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  3. Make a pocket in each salmon fillet by slicing it horizontally without cutting all the way through. Stuff each fillet with the crab and shrimp mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning or garlic powder. Ensure cream cheese is soft for smooth blending.
