Description

A light and fluffy dessert combining tart cranberries with creamy sweetness, perfect for holiday celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or canned cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. If using fresh cranberries, chop them coarsely and combine with sugar in a bowl. Let sit for about 30 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the miniature marshmallows, whipped cream, nuts (if using), and sour cream.
  3. Fold the cranberry mixture into the whipped cream mixture until well combined.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream. Add orange juice or zest for extra flavor.
