Description
A warm, gooey crowd-pleaser featuring creamy Brie topped with cranberry sauce and pecans, all wrapped in flaky puff pastry.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 round Brie cheese
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary (optional)
- 1 sheet puff pastry (optional)
- Crackers or sliced baguette for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). If using puff pastry, thaw and roll it out on a lightly floured surface, then place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Place the Brie cheese in the center of the pastry.
- In a small bowl, mix the cranberry sauce, chopped pecans, honey, and rosemary (if using) until combined. Adjust sweetness with more honey if desired.
- Spoon the cranberry-pecan mixture over the Brie. If using pastry, fold the edges up and over the cheese, sealing the seams. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20–25 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese inside is soft and melty.
- Let the baked Brie cool for 5 minutes before serving. Transfer to a serving board and enjoy warm with crackers or sliced baguette.
Notes
Bring the Brie to room temperature for even melting. Option to brush the pastry with a beaten egg for a glossy finish.
