Description

Creamy and tangy cheese balls combined with the crunch of pecans and sweetness of cranberries, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crackers or bread for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until smooth.
  2. Stir in the chopped cranberries, chopped pecans, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls or logs.
  4. Roll the cheese balls in additional chopped pecans if desired and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Serve with crackers or bread.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is well-softened for a smooth mixture. Can substitute pecans with walnuts or almonds.
