- Crackers or bread for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped cranberries, chopped pecans, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Form the mixture into small balls or logs.
- Roll the cheese balls in additional chopped pecans if desired and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve with crackers or bread.
