Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted pistachios

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Stir in the dried cranberries and chopped pistachios until well combined.
