Description

These Buffalo Chicken Bombs are a cheesy, spicy delight wrapped in flaky biscuit dough, perfect for game day or weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Separate the refrigerated biscuit dough into individual biscuits.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a small disc. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center and fold to seal.
  5. Arrange the bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let them cool slightly before serving.
