- 1 lb ground chicken
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Separate the refrigerated biscuit dough into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit into a small disc. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center and fold to seal.
- Arrange the bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing and vegetable sticks for a complete appetizer.
