Description

A no-bake, cookies-and-cream treat with a creamy center and chocolate chips for crunch, perfect for a quick snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or zip-top bag and rolling pin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos, softened cream cheese, protein powder, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix until well combined, then roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch each) and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
