- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup broccoli florets (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shredded chicken and sauté for a couple of minutes.
- Mix in cream of chicken soup and chicken broth until smooth.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and mix well.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and broccoli (if using). Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
Notes
For added flavor, garnish with extra Parmesan cheese and parsley. Pair with a garden salad or garlic bread.
