Description

A delightful dish combining tender chicken and spaghetti in a luscious, creamy sauce that’s perfect for busy weeknights or special gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (optional)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shredded chicken and sauté for a couple of minutes.
  3. Mix in cream of chicken soup and chicken broth until smooth.
  4. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and mix well.
  5. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and broccoli (if using). Cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.

Notes

For added flavor, garnish with extra Parmesan cheese and parsley. Pair with a garden salad or garlic bread.
