Description

A comforting casserole that combines shredded chicken, cheese, and bacon in a creamy sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 cups cooked rice or pasta
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine cooked shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, Ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, cooked rice or pasta, and sliced green onions in a large bowl.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
