Description

A comforting twist on Marry Me Chicken with tender meatballs in a rich garlic-Parmesan sauce, perfect for weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until combined.
  2. Form mixture into uniform meatballs, about 1 inch in size.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook meatballs until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add heavy cream, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
  5. Return meatballs to the skillet and simmer for an additional 10 minutes until cooked through and sauce has thickened.
