- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced beef sirloin to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the beef and set aside.
- Add diced onion, minced garlic, and sliced bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the beef back to the skillet and season with paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine, letting it simmer until thickened.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
