Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced beef sirloin to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the beef and set aside.
  3. Add diced onion, minced garlic, and sliced bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the beef back to the skillet and season with paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine, letting it simmer until thickened.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Use fresh shrimp for better flavor. Adjust spice level by modifying cayenne amounts. Can be served over zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice.
