Description

A delightful pasta dish combining rich flavors of tomatoes and garlic with a velvety cream sauce, perfect for quick weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and smooth.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy sauce until well coated.
  6. Serve hot and garnish with fresh basil.

Notes
