A quick and simple recipe for crispy air fryer bread with a golden crust and tender crumb, perfect for sandwiches or dipping.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir until evenly distributed.
- Create a well in the center of the dry mix. Pour in the warm water and olive oil, stirring until a rough dough forms.
- Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth. Shape into a small loaf.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Place the loaf in the air fryer basket and cook for 25–30 minutes, checking towards the end for doneness.
- Remove the loaf and let it cool on a rack for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For extra crust, brush loaf with olive oil before cooking. Adjust cooking time and temperature if browning too fast.
