Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
- Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- While the sprouts roast, mix Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl until smooth.
- Serve the roasted Brussels sprouts hot with the aioli on the side for dipping.
