Description

A delicious baked salmon fillet topped with a crispy, golden Parmesan crust, balancing crunchy texture with flaky tenderness.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, olive oil, garlic powder, and seasoning until combined.
  3. Place salmon skin-side down and press the breadcrumb mixture onto each fillet. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the salmon is opaque and the topping is golden brown.
  4. Let rest for 1–2 minutes and serve with lemon wedges, squeezing fresh lemon over the top before eating.

Notes

Pat the salmon dry before seasoning for better crust adherence. Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
