Description

Irresistible baked potato stacks with a crunchy texture and cheesy flavor, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and wash the potatoes thoroughly. Slice them thinly.
  2. Toss potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Layer potato slices in a stack on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese between each layer and on top.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Use a mandoline slicer for evenly thin slices and choose Russet potatoes for the best texture. Experiment with different seasonings to customize the flavor.
