- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and wash the potatoes thoroughly. Slice them thinly.
- Toss potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Layer potato slices in a stack on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese between each layer and on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Use a mandoline slicer for evenly thin slices and choose Russet potatoes for the best texture. Experiment with different seasonings to customize the flavor.
