Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your crock pot, laying them flat and slightly spaced apart.
- Add the sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
- Stir gently to combine and cover the crock pot.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Serve topped with fresh basil and Parmesan cheese.
