- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Place the cauliflower florets in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cauliflower. Add the shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Gently stir the mixture to combine. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the cauliflower is tender.
- Stir in chopped green onions before serving if desired.
