Description

A rich, creamy twist on a vegetable side, combining cheesy goodness with tender cauliflower, perfect for family dinners or holiday feasts.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the cauliflower florets in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cauliflower. Add the shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheese on top.
  4. Gently stir the mixture to combine. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the cauliflower is tender.
  5. Stir in chopped green onions before serving if desired.
