- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup chili sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to create the meatball mixture.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs in the crockpot in a single layer if possible.
- In a separate bowl, combine the cranberry sauce and chili sauce and pour it over the meatballs.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve warm on their own, over rice, or in sliders.
Notes
For extra flavor, add Worcestershire sauce to the meatball mixture. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
