Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  1. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to create the meatball mixture.
  2. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Place the meatballs in the crockpot in a single layer if possible.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the cranberry sauce and chili sauce and pour it over the meatballs.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Serve warm on their own, over rice, or in sliders.

Notes

For extra flavor, add Worcestershire sauce to the meatball mixture. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
