Description

A warm and savory meatloaf flavored with French onion soup, slow-cooked to tender perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet French onion soup mix
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup French onion soup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, French onion soup mix, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until well blended.
  2. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the crockpot. Press gently to maintain shape.
  3. Pour the French onion soup over the meatloaf. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours until cooked through.
  4. Slice and serve, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Let the meatloaf rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing to help it hold together.
