Description

A flavorful and comforting dish that’s easy to prepare in a crockpot, featuring tender chicken in creamy ranch seasoning.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced green onions or chives

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the chicken breasts for even coating.
  3. Pour the chicken broth over the seasoned chicken and secure the lid. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, add the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until melted and combined.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh diced green onions or chives.
