Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot, arranging evenly for even cooking.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over the chicken breasts.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth to keep the chicken moist and cover the crockpot.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, add the cream cheese and let it melt. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste, garnish with green onions if desired, and serve.
