- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

- 1 cup frozen peas
Instructions
- In a crockpot, combine the shredded turkey, rice, onion, carrots, celery, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, and thyme.
- Stir the ingredients well to ensure everything is evenly distributed. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste preferences.
- Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for 6-8 hours. Check periodically; the soup is done when the rice and vegetables are tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add the frozen peas. Stir everything together and taste; adjust seasoning if necessary.
