- 4–6 croissants, torn into pieces
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 cup cooked ham or sausage, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Place the torn croissant pieces in a greased baking dish, then sprinkle the cooked ham or sausage and cheese over them.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissants and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and the egg is set.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
