Description
This canned salmon pasta salad is bright, quick, and satisfying with a creamy lemon mayo dressing, fresh vegetables, and flaky salmon. Perfect for lunches or light dinners.
Ingredients

- 1 can of salmon
- 8 ounces of pasta (like rotini or fusilli)
- 1/2 cup of diced celery
- 1/2 cup of diced red onion
- 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Let it drain well.
- In a large bowl, combine the canned salmon (drained and flaked), cooled pasta, diced celery, diced red onion, and halved cherry tomatoes. Toss gently.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and black pepper until smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta and salmon mixture. Fold gently to coat. Garnish with parsley before serving. Chill for 15–30 minutes if desired.
Notes
Serve chilled or at room temperature, great for picnics and potlucks. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
