Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 package stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Chop the celery and onion if not already done. Shred the cooked chicken if needed.
  3. Combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth in a large bowl.
  4. Add the chopped celery, onion, mixed vegetables, black pepper, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth.
  5. Fold in the stuffing mix until evenly distributed.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 15-20 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  9. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
