- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 package stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Chop the celery and onion if not already done. Shred the cooked chicken if needed.
- Combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth in a large bowl.
- Add the chopped celery, onion, mixed vegetables, black pepper, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in the stuffing mix until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 15-20 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
