A pizza-inspired frittata featuring mozzarella, pepperoni, bell pepper, and onion, baked to perfection.

- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare the ingredients: dice the bell peppers and onions, slice mushrooms and pepperoni.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and milk until smooth. Stir in the mozzarella, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook for about 5 minutes, lifting the edges as it cooks.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15–20 minutes until set and golden on top. Use a toothpick to check doneness.
- Let cool for 3–5 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
Notes
Great for breakfast, brunch, or a light dinner. Can be served hot or at room temperature. Leftovers can be refrigerated or frozen for later.
