Description

Indulgent truffles combining rich chocolate, sweet caramel, and a touch of salty goodness. Perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • Cocoa powder or crushed nuts for coating

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer; do not boil.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  3. Add the caramel sauce to the melted chocolate and mix until well combined.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature for about 15 minutes, then refrigerate for about 2 hours until firm.
  5. Scoop out small portions and roll them into balls to form truffles.
  6. Roll the truffles in cocoa powder or crushed nuts for coating.
  7. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each truffle.
  8. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes
