- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, grated and drained
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions
- Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess water using a clean kitchen towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dill. Season with salt and pepper, and mix until smooth.
- Add the shredded chicken to the mixture and stir until well coated. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve on lettuce leaves, in pita pockets, or over grain bowls.
