A delicious and easy Dorito Casserole that offers a satisfying blend of cheesy goodness and zesty flavors, perfect for any meal.
Ingredients

- 1 bag of Doritos
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can of corn, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 packet of taco seasoning
- Optional toppings: sour cream, green onions, jalapeños
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning, black beans, corn, cream of chicken soup, and milk to the skillet. Stir thoroughly.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the Doritos, half of the beef mixture, and half of the cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, substitute ground beef with lentils or extra beans.
