Description

A delicious and easy Dorito Casserole that offers a satisfying blend of cheesy goodness and zesty flavors, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bag of Doritos
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can of corn, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 packet of taco seasoning
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, green onions, jalapeños

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning, black beans, corn, cream of chicken soup, and milk to the skillet. Stir thoroughly.
  4. In a baking dish, layer half of the Doritos, half of the beef mixture, and half of the cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, substitute ground beef with lentils or extra beans.
