Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese and peppermint extract until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- Before serving, sprinkle red and green sprinkles on top for decoration.
Notes
Ensure the pie chills well in the fridge for the best texture and flavor. Feel free to add more peppermint extract for stronger flavor, but do so cautiously.
