Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until fully combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.

- In another large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add honey, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Mix until combined.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
- Stir in dried lavender buds, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
