Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheese, flour, softened butter, and salt until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut the rolled-out dough into desired shapes and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
