Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until warm.
- Whisk in the turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, and honey or maple syrup if you’re using it.
- Continue to heat the mixture until it’s hot but not boiling, whisking frequently.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract if desired.
