  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Tear the croissants into large pieces and spread them in the baking dish.
  3. Scatter the mixed berries over the croissant pieces.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the croissants and berries, ensuring everything is coated.
  6. Let the assembled dish sit for about 10-15 minutes.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown and the egg is set.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving, dust with powdered sugar if desired.
