- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup blue candy coating or melting chocolate
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Blue sprinkles (for decoration)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafers, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until well blended. Mix until the mixture holds together.
- Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch wide) and place each on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the blue candy coating according to package instructions.
- Dip each chilled truffle into the blue coating, allowing excess to drip off, and sprinkle with blue sprinkles before the coating sets. Let them cool completely.
