- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and dice the potatoes.
- In a bowl, combine the diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with parsley if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
For ideal crispiness, avoid overcrowding the baking sheet and consider using Russet or Yukon Gold potatoes.
