Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crackers or bread for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and shredded mozzarella until smooth.
  2. Stir in the diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball or log.
