Description

A comforting and easy-to-make chicken pot pie featuring tender chicken, savory vegetables, and a creamy sauce in a flaky crust.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 refrigerated pie crusts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well-coated.
  3. Place one pie crust in a pie dish, pour in the chicken mixture, and cover with the second pie crust. Seal edges and cut slits in the top crust.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

This dish can be made ahead of time and is perfect for using leftover chicken.
