- 1 lb cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 refrigerated pie crusts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well-coated.
- Place one pie crust in a pie dish, pour in the chicken mixture, and cover with the second pie crust. Seal edges and cut slits in the top crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
This dish can be made ahead of time and is perfect for using leftover chicken.
