- 2 cooked chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a medium baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the cottage cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper until creamy.
- Layer the sliced chicken breasts in the baking dish, spread marinara sauce over the chicken, and top with the cottage cheese mixture followed by mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until the cheese melts and bubbles, then let rest for 3–5 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
For creamier texture, use small-curd cottage cheese. Leftover rotisserie chicken works well.
