Ingredients
- Lasagna noodles
- Ground beef or sausage
- Ricotta cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Marinara sauce
- Egg
- Italian seasoning
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain well.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef or sausage over medium heat until browned and drain excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a muffin tin, layer a piece of lasagna noodle, a spoonful of meat, a layer of ricotta mixture, marinara sauce, and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Continue layering until each muffin cup is filled, aiming for about three layers.
- Top each cup with remaining marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from muffin tin.
