Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 lemons (juiced and zested)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the lemon mixture evenly over them.
  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and juices run clear.
  5. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
