Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the lemon mixture evenly over them.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and juices run clear.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
