- 4 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather the ingredients.
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, broccoli, half of the cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top it with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Substitute chicken with turkey or sausage, or add more vegetables for variation. It’s great for meal prep and can be made ahead of time.
