Description

Delightful no-bake parfaits combining creamy chocolate pudding, sweet marshmallow fluff, and crunchy graham crackers.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups chocolate pudding
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Chocolate chips (for topping)
  • Mini marshmallows (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and half of the marshmallow fluff.
  2. In another bowl, mix the chocolate pudding and the remaining half of the marshmallow fluff until smooth.
  3. Layer the parfaits in serving cups by adding a layer of the graham cracker mixture, followed by a layer of the chocolate pudding mixture. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled.
  4. Top each parfait with whipped cream, then sprinkle with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

These parfaits can be made a day in advance. Serve in clear glass cups to showcase the layers.
