- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the blueberries and lemon juice, then mix gently.
- In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
- Spread the blueberries evenly in a baking dish and sprinkle the oat mixture on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the blueberries are bubbling.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
