Description

A delightful dessert featuring juicy blueberries topped with a crispy oat mixture, easy to make in one bowl.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the blueberries and lemon juice, then mix gently.
  3. In another bowl, mix the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
  4. Spread the blueberries evenly in a baking dish and sprinkle the oat mixture on top.
