- 2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 bag (30 oz) frozen hash browns
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shredded rotisserie chicken and frozen hash browns to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spread evenly, and top with shredded cheddar cheese and green onions.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until bubbly and the cheese is golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, squeeze excess moisture from frozen hash browns. Serve with a side salad or roasted vegetables.
