Description

A comforting casserole featuring tender rotisserie chicken, creamy soup, and crispy hash browns topped with melted cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 1 bag (30 oz) frozen hash browns
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the shredded rotisserie chicken and frozen hash browns to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spread evenly, and top with shredded cheddar cheese and green onions.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until bubbly and the cheese is golden.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, squeeze excess moisture from frozen hash browns. Serve with a side salad or roasted vegetables.
